A blend of Nicaragua Altisimo Light and Negro Fino brings a clarity of deep tones, with chocolate, praline, citric, and honey flavors. We roast both coffee separately in small batches, and mix the two at just the right moment.
Grown in the shade above 5000 feet at the Vida Joven Estate in Northern Nicaragua. These beans are hand-picked only when bright red (fully ripe) and hand-sorted by our friends.
I like the Negro Fino, and the Nica Light, so when I found out that this "Los Dos" was the mix of the two, I tried it. It might be the best
of the both worlds. It had deep, sweet, nutty, choco, and citrus flavors rolling about in the cup. It is a nice coffee.
